3.1. Submerge your own ambitions and help who ever you can in the company.

4. Leaders provide people with something they need; a structure with purpose, order and meaning. In other words; A Game!

5. Leaders create culture because culture is what compels and creates results.

5.1. Delegation is essential for large scale results.

5.1.1. Good delegation is delegating the project, but not delegating the scoreboard. The most important part of delegating properly is teaching people how to analyze their own scoreboard!

5.2. Culture is the elephant

5.2.1. Emotion motivates People will do more for others than they will for themselves.

5.3. Culture of execution

5.3.1. Runners The less runners in the pool = the more bobbers and obstructionists will fill it.
